My focus on improving a man’s general health is to encourage a healthy lifestyle and diet, while treating the underlying causes such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, poor circulation, anxiety, depression, enlarged prostate, etc. Fortunately Mother Nature provides us with excellent male tonic herbs that have been used for centuries.

I often advise patients to inform their doctor on any herbal or nutritional supplements they take, to encourage a cooperative working relationship with their GP.
